Article 1 (Scope of Application)
- The accommodation contract concluded between the Hotel and the guest, as well as any related agreements, shall be governed by these Terms and Conditions and the accompanying Hotel Rules (hereinafter referred to as the “Hotel Rules”). Any matters not stipulated herein shall be governed by applicable laws and regulations or generally established customs.
- Notwithstanding the preceding paragraph, if the Hotel agrees to a special provision within the scope that does not violate laws, regulations, or customs, such special provision shall take precedence.
Article 2 (Application for an Accommodation Contract)
- A person who wishes to apply for an accommodation contract (reservation) with the Hotel shall provide the following information to the Hotel in accordance with Article 6 of the Inns and Hotels Act, Article 4-2 of its Enforcement Regulations, and relevant prefectural ordinances where the Hotel is located:
- The guest’s name
- Dates of stay and expected time of arrival
- The guest’s contact information
- Any other information deemed necessary by the Hotel
- If any changes occur in the information provided pursuant to the preceding paragraph, the guest shall promptly notify the Hotel of the modified details.
- If the guest, during their stay, requests to extend their stay beyond the date specified in item (2) of paragraph 1, the Hotel shall treat such request as a new application for an accommodation contract at the time the request is made.
Article 3 (Conclusion of the Accommodation Contract)
- The accommodation contract shall be deemed concluded when the Hotel accepts the application described in the preceding Article.
- Once the accommodation contract has been concluded in accordance with the preceding paragraph, the guest shall pay the full accommodation charges for the entire stay prior to the commencement of the stay or by the date designated by the Hotel.
- In the event that any of the following circumstances arise, the Hotel may treat the application as having been made without the actual intention to stay, and the accommodation contract shall become null and void:
- When the accommodation charges stated in the preceding paragraph are not paid before the commencement of the stay or by the date designated by the Hotel.
- When the Hotel attempts to contact the applicant using the contact information provided pursuant to Article 2, paragraph 1, but is unable to reach the applicant within 10 days from the date of the first attempt (or by 3:00 p.m. on the day of arrival if the period until the arrival date is less than 10 days).
- When the applicant refuses to accept contact from the Hotel.
- In cases falling under items (2) or (3) of the preceding paragraph, any accommodation charges already received shall not be refunded.
Article 4 (Right to Refuse the Conclusion of an Accommodation Contract)
The Hotel may refuse to conclude an accommodation contract in any of the following cases:
- When the application for accommodation does not comply with these Terms and Conditions.
- When all guest rooms are fully booked and no accommodation can be provided.
- When, due to disasters or other emergencies, it is reasonably expected that the Hotel must prioritize providing rooms to disaster victims or personnel involved in disaster recovery, or when similar circumstances exist.
- When the person seeking accommodation is a member or affiliate of an organized crime group, or belongs to any antisocial force as defined by the Act on Prevention of Unjust Acts by Organized Crime Group Members and related prefectural ordinances.
- When the person seeking accommodation is deemed likely to act in violation of laws, public order, or good morals in relation to the stay.
- When the person seeking accommodation is clearly suffering from an infectious disease.
- When unreasonable demands or burdens beyond what is socially acceptable are made regarding the accommodation.
- When the Hotel is unable to provide accommodation due to natural disasters, facility malfunctions, or other unavoidable circumstances.
- When the person seeking accommodation is intoxicated or otherwise likely to cause trouble to other guests or interfere with hotel operations, or has acted in a manner that causes nuisance to other guests or hotel employees.
- When the person seeking accommodation is clearly in a state of physical or mental distress.
- When minors seek to stay without consent from their guardians.
- When the application for accommodation is made for the purpose of transferring the right to stay to another person.
- When the application is made without the actual intention of staying.
- When the person seeking accommodation falls under any other case in which refusal of accommodation is permitted by applicable laws or prefectural ordinances.
Article 5 (Guest’s Right to Cancel the Accommodation Contract)
- The guest may cancel the accommodation contract by notifying the Hotel.
- If the guest cancels all or part of the accommodation contract as set forth in the preceding paragraph, the guest shall pay a cancellation fee in accordance with Schedule 2.
- If the guest does not arrive at the Hotel by the scheduled arrival time on the day of stay without prior notice, the Hotel may treat the accommodation contract as having been cancelled by the guest.
Article 6 (Hotel’s Right to Cancel the Accommodation Contract)
- The Hotel may cancel the accommodation contract in any of the following cases:
- When the guest is a member or associate of an organized crime group, as defined under the Act on Prevention of Unjust Acts by Organized Crime Group Members and relevant prefectural ordinances regarding exclusion of organized crime groups.
- When the guest commits, or is likely to commit within the Hotel, acts such as violence, threats, extortion, making unreasonable demands, gambling, possession or use of drugs, firearms, swords, or similar items prohibited by law, disturbance to other guests, or any other acts that violate laws or public order and morals.
- When the guest is clearly recognized as having an infectious disease.
- When the guest demands services or burdens exceeding reasonable limits in relation to accommodation.
- When accommodation becomes impossible due to natural disaster, malfunction of facilities, or other unavoidable reasons.
- When the guest smokes in the room, tampers with fire prevention equipment, or engages in any act that hinders fire prevention or safety.
- When the guest transfers or attempts to transfer the right to stay.
- When the accommodation contract was made through a travel agency and the Hotel has not been able to confirm payment of the accommodation fee from said agency.
For clarity, this includes cases where payment was made by bank transfer shortly before bank closing hours or via online banking, but cannot be verified on the same day because the following day is a bank holiday.
- When the guest violates these Terms and Conditions or the Hotel Rules.
- When the guest falls under any other case in which refusal of accommodation is permitted under applicable laws or prefectural ordinances.
- Notification of cancellation under the preceding paragraph shall be made orally, or by telephone, email, or written notice to the contact information provided by the guest pursuant to Article 2. If such notice cannot be delivered to the provided contact information, Article 3(3) shall apply, and the notice may be deemed to have been delivered after the usual period required for delivery has elapsed.
- If the Hotel cancels the accommodation contract pursuant to the preceding two paragraphs, accommodation fees shall not be refunded, except in cases falling under items (3) and (5) of paragraph 1.
Article 7 (Guest Registration)
In accordance with Article 6 of the Ryokan Business Act, Article 4-2 of its Enforcement Regulations, and the ordinances of the prefecture in which the Hotel is located, guests are required to register the following information at the Hotel’s front desk on the day of arrival:
- Name, age, gender, address, and occupation.
- For foreign nationals: nationality, passport number, port of entry, and date of entry into Japan.
- Departure date and scheduled departure time.
- Accommodation immediately prior to arrival and the next destination after departure.
- Any other information deemed necessary by the Hotel.
Article 8 (Room Usage Hours)
- The hours during which guests may use the Hotel’s guest rooms shall be from the check-in time to the check-out time designated by the Hotel.
However, in the case of consecutive nights, guests may use the room throughout the day except on the day of arrival and the day of departure.
- Notwithstanding the preceding paragraph, the Hotel may, at its discretion, permit the use of guest rooms outside the designated hours.
In such cases, an additional fee (including tax and service charge), as specified on the Hotel’s official website, will be charged.
If the usage extends beyond the check-in time on the scheduled day of departure, one night’s room charge will apply; the same shall apply when usage begins before the check-out time on the day of arrival.
- Even within the hours during which guests are permitted to use the guest rooms pursuant to the preceding paragraphs, the Hotel may enter the guest room and take necessary measures when required for safety, sanitary management, or other operational needs of the Hotel.
Article 9 (Compliance with House Rules)
Guests are required to comply with the Hotel’s house rules while on the Hotel premises.
Article 10 (Operating Hours)
- The operating hours of the various facilities within the Hotel are provided in brochures available on the premises, posted notices throughout the Hotel, and the information book placed in each guest room.
- The operating hours of the facilities mentioned in the preceding paragraph may be changed temporarily when deemed necessary or unavoidable. In such cases, the Hotel will provide notice as appropriate.
Article 11 (Payment of Fees)
- The breakdown of accommodation charges and other fees payable by the Guest shall be as specified in Appendix 1.
- Payment of the accommodation charges and other fees referred to in the preceding paragraph shall be made, at the time of the Guest’s arrival or whenever requested by the Hotel, in Japanese yen, by traveler’s checks, accommodation vouchers, credit cards, or other payment methods approved by the Hotel, at the front desk or any other location designated by the Hotel.
Article 12 (Hotel’s Liability)
- In the event that the Hotel causes damage to the Guest due to non-performance of the accommodation contract or related agreements, or due to tortious acts, the Hotel shall compensate such damage up to a maximum amount of 100,000 yen, except in cases where the Hotel has acted intentionally or with gross negligence.
- The Hotel is enrolled in a Ryokan Liability Insurance policy to address damages under the preceding paragraph; however, if the damage falls under an exclusion of the insurance contract, compensation for the Guest’s damages may not be provided.
Article 13 (Measures When the Contracted Guest Room Cannot Be Provided)
- If the Hotel is unable to provide the contracted guest room to the Guest, the Hotel shall endeavor to arrange alternative accommodation at another lodging facility under as similar conditions as possible.
- If the Hotel, despite its efforts under the preceding paragraph, is unable to arrange such alternative accommodation, the Hotel may cancel the accommodation contract.
Notification of such cancellation shall be made in accordance with the provisions of Article 6, Paragraph 2.
Furthermore, if the Hotel is unable to provide the contracted guest room due to reasons attributable to the Hotel, the Hotel shall pay the Guest a compensation fee as specified in Appendix 3, and such compensation fee shall constitute full settlement of any damages.
Article 14 (Liability for Deposited Articles, etc.)
- In the event of loss, damage, or other harm to articles, valuables, or cash deposited by the Guest at the front desk, the Hotel shall compensate for such damage unless it was caused by force majeure.
However, if the Guest did not declare in advance the type and value of such items, the Hotel shall compensate for the damage up to a maximum of 100,000 yen, unless the Hotel acted with intent or gross negligence.
- In the event of loss, damage, or other harm to articles, valuables, or cash brought into the Hotel by the Guest but not deposited at the front desk, and where such damage is attributable to the Hotel, the Hotel shall compensate for the damage.
However, if the Guest did not declare in advance the type and value of such items, the Hotel shall compensate for the damage up to a maximum of 50,000 yen, unless the Hotel acted with intent or gross negligence.
Article 15 (Custody of Guest Luggage and Personal Belongings)
- When the Guest’s luggage arrives at the Hotel prior to their stay, the Hotel shall store it only if prior notice has been given by the Guest and the Hotel has agreed to receive it.
- If the Guest’s luggage or personal belongings are left behind at the Hotel after checkout, the Hotel will, in principle, keep them for seven (7) days including the day they are found.
If the Guest does not request their return within this period, the items will be delivered to the nearest police station.
However, valuables shall be delivered to the police immediately.
Food, beverages, magazines, and other items deemed similar to waste will be disposed of at the Hotel’s discretion if no instructions are received by the day after checkout.
- The Hotel may, at its discretion, inspect the contents of forgotten luggage or personal belongings in order to handle them appropriately according to their nature.
The Hotel may, if necessary, return them to the owner or process them in accordance with the preceding paragraph, and the Guest shall not object to such actions.
- With respect to the custody of Guest luggage or personal belongings under paragraphs 1 and 2, the Hotel’s liability for damage shall be limited to 10,000 yen, unless the damage was caused by the Hotel’s intentional act or gross negligence.
Article 16 (Liability for Parking)
When the Guest uses the Hotel’s parking facilities, the Hotel only provides a parking space and does not assume responsibility for the custody of the vehicle.
However, if the Guest’s vehicle is lost, damaged, or otherwise harmed within the Hotel’s parking area due to reasons attributable to the Hotel, the Hotel shall compensate for such damage up to 100,000 yen, unless the damage was caused intentionally or by gross negligence.
Article 17 (Guest’s Responsibility)
If the Hotel incurs damages—such as costs for cleaning or repairing the guest room, loss of business opportunities, or any other loss—due to actions by the Guest that violate these Terms and Conditions or the Hotel’s Rules of Use, or otherwise due to reasons attributable to the Guest, the Guest shall compensate the Hotel for the damages incurred.
Article 18 (Cleaning of Guest Rooms)
- When the Guest stays in the same room for two or more consecutive nights, room cleaning will be provided only upon request for consecutive-stay cleaning.
- Even if the Guest requests that cleaning be omitted, the Hotel shall conduct room cleaning at least once every three days, in accordance with the intent of applicable laws and prefectural ordinances.
However, the Hotel may conduct cleaning at any time when deemed necessary.
- The Guest may not refuse the room cleaning described in the preceding paragraph.
Article 19 (Revision of the Terms and Conditions)
This Agreement may be revised from time to time as necessary.
In the event that these Terms and Conditions are revised, the Hotel shall post the revised Terms and Conditions and their effective date on the Hotel’s website or within the guest rooms.

- Accommodation charges shall be based on the rate tables posted inside the Hotel, in brochures, and on the Hotel’s official website.
- Regarding co-sleeping:
Children under 6 years old may share a bed with an adult, with a maximum of two children per bed (infants aged 2 or under are not counted toward this number).
However, depending on the room size and layout, the Hotel may limit the number of guests.
In such cases, the following extra charges apply:
- Junior high school students: Full adult rate
- Elementary school students: Full adult rate
- Preschool children: Free of charge
- Breakfast charges for guests using the above co-sleeping arrangement are as follows:
- Elementary school age and above: Full rate
- Preschool children: Free of charge

- The percentage figures represent the ratio of the cancellation charge to the accommodation charge (including any portion of the rate determined under partnership plans with third-party operators).
In cases where the cancellation charge calculated based on the cancellation policy of the partnering operator exceeds the amount calculated under the above table, the higher amount shall be collected.
- If the length of stay is shortened, the cancellation charge will be collected only for the first night that becomes unused due to the shortening, regardless of the number of nights shortened.
However, for the cancellation charges stipulated in Section ② (Special Event Periods), the hotel will collect cancellation charges for all nights that become unused, calculated according to the number of days between the date on which the shortening request was made and each unused night.
- If the reservation is partially canceled, reducing only part of the number of guests, the hotel will charge the cancellation fee based on the accommodation charges for the number of guests canceled.
- When the hotel designates special events and applicable periods for which the cancellation charges in Section ② apply, the hotel shall post the relevant periods on the hotel’s official website as well as on the websites of any partnering operators.

■House Rules
For the safety and comfort of all our guests, and to maintain the public nature of our facilities, the hotel has established the following regulations as an integral part of the Accommodation Agreement.
Please note that in the event of any violation of these rules, the hotel may terminate the accommodation contract in accordance with Article

- Please deposit any valuables at the front desk after declaring their type and value in advance. However, please note that the hotel cannot accept the following items for safekeeping:
- Items or cash valued over 500,000 JPY
- Devices containing data storage, such as computers, mobile phones, and other IT equipment
- Items containing personal information, such as customer lists
- The use of guest rooms beyond the number of registered occupants is strictly prohibited.
If we discover that the room is being used by more people than originally registered without prior notice, an additional charge will be applied for the extra occupants.
- The following acts are strictly prohibited within the hotel premises:
- Using heating or cooking appliances, or any electrical devices such as irons other than those provided by the hotel.
- Smoking in beds, in areas prone to fire, or in any place other than designated smoking areas.
- Engaging in loud singing, shouting, or any noisy behavior; producing strong odors; or any actions that may cause discomfort or inconvenience to other guests.
- Bringing any of the prohibited items listed below into the hotel.
- Animals and birds (excluding service dogs such as guide dogs)
- Stimulants, narcotics, and any pharmaceuticals prohibited by law
- Explosive or highly flammable materials such as gunpowder or gasoline, and any hazardous chemicals harmful to the human body
- Firearms, swords, and similar items without proper permits
- Items of excessively large size or weight
- Items that emit offensive odors
- Waste or items that compromise the hygiene of the guest room
- Electrical appliances or cooking equipment intended for use inside the hotel
- Any other items that the hotel has designated as prohibited from being brought into guest rooms
- Acts that violate public order or morality
- Distributing flyers, leaflets, or any promotional materials to other guests
- Moving, altering, removing, or using hotel facilities or equipment for purposes other than their intended use
- Rearranging, modifying, or making structural changes to guest room facilities (including installing cooking appliances), or removing any in-room amenities
- Leaving personal belongings unattended in areas other than guest rooms
- Entering facilities or areas designated as non-guest areas
- Ordering food or beverages for delivery from outside sources other than those expressly permitted by the hotel
- Using hair dye, bleach, or similar chemical agents in unit bathrooms or public baths
- Burning incense or similar items inside guest rooms
- Engaging in activities for commercial or profit-making purposes
- Engaging in loud activities or making excessive noise outdoors after 9:00 PM
- Any other acts that may compromise the safety or hygiene within the hotel
- The following acts inside guest rooms are strictly prohibited.
- Using the room for purposes other than lodging
- Meeting with non-registered visitors inside the guest room
- Posting photos, posters, or any items on the windows or walls that may affect the hotel's exterior appearance
- If a guest room key is lost, the full cost required for the lock replacement work will be charged.
- Parking Regulations
- One parking space is available per guest room.
- Except for special medical vehicles, medium-sized or large vehicles that exceed a single parking space are generally not permitted.
- Guest parking is available from the time of arrival until the hotel’s designated check-out time.
- Washing vehicles within the parking premises is strictly prohibited.
■Additional Charges for Use of Guest Rooms Outside Standard Hours
In accordance with Article 8, Paragraph 2 of the Accommodation Agreement, additional charges for the use of guest rooms beyond the prescribed hours shall be as follows.
The amount used as the basis for calculating overtime charges (hereinafter referred to as the “Overtime Charge Base Amount”) shall be the basic room charge for the final night of stay plus the applicable consumption tax.
The amount used as the basis for calculating early-use charges (hereinafter referred to as the “Early Use Charge Base Amount”) shall be the basic room charge for the first night of stay plus the applicable consumption tax.

Supplementary Provisions
These Accommodation Terms and Use Regulations shall take effect as of August 27, 2025 (hereinafter referred to as the “Effective Date”).
However, accommodation contracts concluded before the Effective Date shall remain subject to the former Accommodation Terms and Use Regulations.
